One of the simplest ways to beat stress is to introduce more laughter into your life. As a new mom, try to work on more of this to make the experience less tougher on you. Be around those that make you laugh, watch comedy shows and even fake a laugh- it works wonders on your

Take a Break

From giving birth to dealing with postpartum issues, you’re already doing a lot as a new mom, so don’t hesitate to give yourself a break. Make sure you get some time for yourself once in a while, and indulge in some self care without feeling guilty about it.Sit down and watch your favorite show, read a book or just relax and don’t feel guilty.

It will be tempting to stay up when the baby is sleeping “to get things done” but remember that you need to be on your A game and that won’t happen without plenty of sleep.
