Although Summer time is quickly coming to a close, we don’t particularly need to throw the towel in when it comes to delicious and refreshing treats. There have been years when the kids have been out trick or treating sweating to the gills because of how hot it is out. That’s why I love this recipe. It takes up the delicious taste of Apple Pie a treat that can be versatile year round and gives it that delicious tasty spin. 

This delicious treat is so incredibly easy to make and you’ll feel good at knowing you are only using 4 ingredients.

What you’ll need to make No Churn Apple Pie Ice Cream

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 ounce can apple pie filling

 

Directions 

With a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until thick.       

Pour in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla

and fold in until smooth.

 

Process apple pie filling in a food processor, pulsing 4-5 times.

Next, spoon half of the ice cream into a freezer safe container.

Top with half of the apple pie filling.

Repeat layers and swirl the top layer of apple pie filling into the ice cream.

Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Apple Pie Ice Cream

When it is time to serve, remove the container from the freezer and let sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes before serving to soften.

Scoop and Serve!
