Delicious Homemade Noodles
What I love most about these simple homemade noodles is that they’re made using very few ingredients. In fact, this DIY noodle recipe literally only takes THREE simple ingredients.
I know, right? You should have seen the look on my kid’s faces when I told them that. We then looked at a box of noodles from the store for comparison and lost count once we reached 10 added ingredients and items.
It’s no secret that making noodles at home is a great way to get a delicious meal on the table while also creating amazing memories with the kids. This is one simple recipe that you can easily pair with other great entrees or add a bit of butter and salt and eat all on their own.
We’ve made this recipe so many times because it’s fun to spend time together in the kitchen and it’s an easy recipe that the kids can help with, too. (and we all agree that the taste of these noodles beats anything we’ve EVER bought at the store!)

How to make 3 Ingredient Egg Noodles!
Whisk together flour and salt. Create a well in the middle.
Crack eggs into the well. Using a fork, whisk eggs allowing the flour to mix into the dough slowly. Stir until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
On a floured surface, roll the dough as thin as possible.
Using a pizza cutter, cut noodles into even shapes. As an alternative, lightly flour the top of the dough and then roll the dough loosely like you would a rolled cake. Use a sharp knife to cut in equal pieces. Unroll the noodles to dry.
You can also use one of these great pasta roller cutter or a pasta machine.
To dry, place on a wire rack for 2 to 3 hours. Package noodles in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 8 months.
