Who loves a good Ravioli Casserole? When we’re craving a hearty meal that screams comfort food, this simple pasta dish always calls our name. The flavoring of the noodles, sausage, and cheese is just a winning combination that literally can’t be topped.
Ravioli Casserole – Easy Baked Ravioli Casserole
Casserole dishes for dinner are some of my favorite meals. They’re loaded with flavor, they taste great as leftovers, and they were invented to feed a crowd. Anytime I can feed my crew with one casserole dish, I’m super excited to make that happen.
While this simple ravioli casserole with sausage is excellent on its own, you can always add some steamed vegetables as a side dish or even a nice side salad.
I LOVE that I’m able to use frozen ravioli in this dish because it just saves a ton of prep time overall. While I’m fine making ravioli from scratch, my days really don’t allow for that right now which is why this ravioli dish rocks!

Tips for Making This Simple Ravioli Casserole Recipe
While I think that this ravioli dish is perfect as is, you can always try and make some adjustments as needed.
Instead of using sausage, you can make ravioli casserole with ground beef instead and still get that same great flavor and taste. You can also always add on more cheese on top because you can never have too much!
How do you reheat casserole?
I actually prefer to reheat casserole low and slow in the oven but sometimes, there just isn’t time for that. The other great option is to cut out the piece that you’re going to reheat and just pop it in the microwave for a quick burst of heat.
If you’re worried that it’ll dry out when reheating, add some shredded cheese on top to help have another layer and to keep it moist. I tend to kind of mash it all together when I’m reheating it as well because I think it heats more evenly.
