Pro Tips
Save yourself some time and buy the pecans already shelled, prepped, and halved! This is a great way to speed up the process.
What is the easiest way to slice cheesecake?
It can be hard to slice cheesecake without making a mess. The good news is that you can do it without too big of an issue.
If you want to slice cheesecake, take a knife, slice it through the cheesecake, then clean it off with water, dry it, and slice another piece.
You don’t have to cut it this way, but it helps to make nice and clean slices!
Do I have to store the cheesecake in the fridge?
Yes, leftover cheesecake must be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. This is the only way to keep it fresh and delicious, and a lid is a must!
You need to have a lid on it because otherwise, it will absorb the scents and smells from the other food items in the fridge! You can store it in a pie container or a cake container, or slice it and store it in individual servings.
