Peanut Butter Chex Bars : An Easy No Bake Dessert Recipe
I love easy dessert recipes. I mean who doesn’t? My kids also love Chex cereal mix. That’s why I though why not combine the two to make a delicious treat everyone will love? As you can see from many of my recipes (like my cookie butter bars) I love dessert bars. I also love Peanut butter and so these two were the perfect symphony of flavors.
Because they’re so easy to make you can make a nice amount for a party or make them ahead for a surprise afternoon snack.
Whatever you don’t use, store in an airtight container and Save for later!
This recipe makes 12 bars and only about 20 minute prep time. Making this the perfect dessert for any occasion.

What you’ll need to make Peanut Butter Chex Bars : An Easy No Bake Dessert Recipe
½ cup butter
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 10-ounce package mini marshmallows
6 cups corn Chex
1 cup crushed mini pretzels
½ cup M&Ms
½ cup chocolate chips, melted
How to make No bake Peanut Butter Chex Bars
Melt the butter in a large stock pot,
then add the peanut butter and mini marshmallows.
Stir until melted and remove from heat.
Add the Chex and mini pretzels and stir until coated.
Spread the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish.
Top with M&Ms.
Press the mixture into the pan until solid.
Allow to cool completely, then cut into 12 bars.
Drizzle the chocolate over the top of each bar and allow to harden before serving.
Finally, You have a delicious no bake treat everyone will love. The crunchy sweet and salty combination is amazing.
