One of my favorite treats as a kid was putting together two ritz crackers with a little bit of peanut butter in between. This was such a delicious treat I enjoyed and still make for my kids. That’s why I decided to take this recipe to a whole new level for the holidays in an easy and delicious treat. With the holidays around the corner making Christmas Cookies can be very time-consuming.
That’s why I think it’s important to come up with easy recipes that everyone will love yet are crazy easy to make. Ritz Crackers are such versatile crackers. You can even make some savory treats like these Zesty Baked Ritz Crackers.

What you’ll need to make Chocolate -Covered ritz pops
30 Ritz crackers
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 12-ounce package milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup red melting chocolate
1/3 cup green melting chocolate
Red and green sprinkles
Sucker sticks
How to make Chocolate-Covered Ritz Pops
Lay 15 Ritz crackers on a flat surface. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter over the top of each cracker.
Press a sucker stick into the center of each cracker and top it with another cracker.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
Carefully dip each side of the cracker in the chocolate, using a spoon to coat the bottom and sides. Lift the cracker out of the bowl with a fork and lightly tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate.
Place the coated cracker on a piece of waxed paper. Continue dipping the crackers until they have all been coated in chocolate.
Allow the chocolate coating to harden, then melt the red and green chocolate according to the package instructions. Place each color in a piping bag and drizzle it over the top of the crackers. Top with sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted.
Allow the decorative chocolate to set before serving.
