How to Make a Whisky Sour

This is a traditional Whisky sour with a twist. Although I garnish the recipe with a cordial cherry and orange wedge I also froze them in one of the Tovolo Ice molds – infused ice makes a great addition to any drink and is definitely a talking point. Because these ice molds are slow melting, it will keep your drink delicious the whole way through with a surprise at the end. 

To make a Whisky sour you will need:

Ingredients

• • 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • Garnish with an Orange Slice and Cherry.
  • Freeze some orange slices and cherries in the the Tovolo Ice Spheres 

This is such a refreshing drink that dad will love!

Another fun drink includes the Tovolo Anchor ice mold. This is a fun and incredibly refreshing Captain’s Punch! 

How to make the Captain’s Punch:

You will need:

4 oz of Lemonade

4 oz of 7up (or sprite) 

2 oz of Jim Beam Bourbon Apple Whiskey

The best part? The Anchor ice mold!

Mix and serve into a tall glass, garnish with a lemon wedge and throw the anchor in! 

This drink is so refreshing and so perfect for a hot summer day. Thanks to the perfect addition of the anchor ice mold.
