No Bake Cookie Dough Bars : An Easy Cookie dough bar recipe
Who doesn’t love eating raw cookie dough? I know it’s probably not the “safest” food to eat because of the raw eggs. That’s why I love this recipe. It’s a delicious treat that includes all the delicious flavors of cookie dough in amazing little bars.
I am a huge fan of dessert bars like these cookie butter bars. For me dessert bars are the easiest dessert recipe out there because they are always the perfect dessert to share for a party or get together. I also love including M&M’s on top because that makes the perfect topping. You can use leftover M&M’s in a fun recipe like these Jumbo cookies
This dessert is so crazy easy to make and the taste is so out of this world everyone will fall in love with this delicious treat.

Makes 9 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours 15 minutes
What you need to make No Bake Cookie Dough Bars
¼ cup sugar
2 2/3 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
For the topping:
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup mini M&Ms
How to make No Bake Cookie Dough Bars
Place the oats in a food processor and blend to a fine powder.
Set aside.
Beat together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Add the milk and salt and beat until smooth.
Mix in the oat flour until dough begins to form.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough into the pan.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
Prepare the topping by heating the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. When the chocolate chips start to melt, remove from heat and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the cookie dough and spread into an even layer.
Top with mini M&Ms.
Return the pan to the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes, until the chocolate hardens. Cut into 9 bars before serving.
