It’s time for Mardi Gras foods and treats! These King Cake Crescent Rolls are the perfect combination of flaky dough with a sweet topping. And let’s not forget about those fun and festive sprinkles on top!
We love to celebrate with food and fun. It’s a super simple way to make something unique and delicious at home and then have it there to enjoy at our leisure. The pressure of heading out to a restaurant and getting treats doesn’t compare to the flavor of homemade goods. If I’m going to eat a sweet treat, I’d much rather it be something that I can make myself – I mean, seriously – look how good these crescent roll sweets look?! (and I promise – they taste so good, too!)
And since we’re always looking for fun foods that we can make at home together, this recipe really is perfect! Fast, simple, and yummy are the three things that I look for when making desserts at home – and this recipe hits the mark every single time!
Let the kids jump in and help roll the dough. They’ll love being part of baking the rolls and then adding all those colorful sprinkles on top.
