Now that I’ve got your attention on how awesome this recipe is, I totally left out the best part. You don’t even have to turn on your oven to make this yummy treat. Yet again, another reason that these cookie treats come through in a pinch time and time again.
And just wait till you try them. They have a little bit of crispness to them initially but then they literally just melt in your mouth. It’s like the best of both worlds in one simple cookie butter Bars treat.

Just gather up your five simple ingredients to get started!
Ingredients for cookie butter Bars:

1 cup agave syrup (or corn syrup)
- 6 cups of rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups cookie butter

(1) cup of sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup agave syrup (or corn syrup)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cookie butter
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Grease and line a 9" x 9" casserole dish or cake pan. Set aside.
Place the rice cereal in a large bowl. Set aside.
Place the agave syrup and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir as the mixture combines and melts and just until it begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 cup of the cookie butter and mix well.
Pour the sugar-cookie butter mixture over the rice cereal and stir to coat the cereal completely.
Fold the mixture out into the prepared cake pan and refrigerate as you prepare the topping.
Using a double boiler or a microwave-safe dish, melt the white chocolate chips. If microwaving, heat for 35 seconds, stir well, and reheat as needed.
When the white chocolate has thoroughly melted, add the remaining cookie butter and stir to incorporate fully.
Spread the white chocolate-cookie butter mixture over the rice cereal, using an offset spatula.
Return the dish to the refrigerator and continue to cool for 3 hours, or overnight.
