Easy No Bake Pineapple Cream Pie

Makes 1 9-inch pie
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours
Ingredients needed to make a No-Bake Pineapple cream pie
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
2 8-ounce block of cream cheese softened
1 can of pineapple rings in pineapple juice
1 14-ounce can sweeten condensed milk
Whipped topping (whipped cream)
Maraschino cherries for topping
How to Make a No Bake Pineapple cream pie
1. Set aside 4 pineapple slices from the can and finely chop the remaining pineapple slices.
2. Place the softened cream cheese in a med-large bowl and add 1/3 cup of the juice from the can of pineapples. Using an electric mixer combine the two.
3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix on low until combined, then turn the speed up to medium to high speed, beat until smooth.
4. Fold in the chopped pineapple pieces.
5. Pour the pineapple pie filling into the pie crust.
6. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or freeze for 2 hours (or put in refrigerator overnight).
7. When ready to serve, the last step is to decorate the top of the pie with pineapple slices, cherries, and whipped cream.
You can even sprinkle with some graham cracker crumbs for garnish. There really is no right or wrong way to make this No bake pineapple cream pie your own!
A few tips for making a No-Bake Pineapple Cream Pie
Note: You can also make your own easy 5-minute whipped cream by using a small bowl mixing at high speed One cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and one tablespoon of powdered sugar. Beat until it creates stiff peaks, then add a dollop to the top of the pie.
You can also garnish with a 16 ounce container cool whip if you don’t want to go with the heavy whipping cream.
Use your own graham cracker crust by using a pie plate and combining melted butter and graham crackers (just crush graham crackers in a ziploc bag and mix with butter)
