The name of these cookies cracks me up. The kids giggle when I say that these cookies have “everything but the kitchen sink in them”, but it’s so true! Okay, maybe not 100 % true, but there is a wide variety of ingredients for these treats. The good news? They’re common ingredients that you probably already have right at home!

Makes 24 cookies
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
A cup of the following:
Chocolate chips
Butterscotch chips
Red and green M&Ms
Chopped pretzels
½ cup toffee bits
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla and egg and beat until combined.
Pour in the dry ingredients and beat until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, M&Ms, pretzels, and toffee bits.
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the dough into balls. Place the dough on the lined baking sheet, leaving around 2 inches between each cookie to allow space for spreading.
Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for five minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

To keep these cookies as fresh as possible, store them in an airtight container with a lid. You don’t have to keep them on the fridge so keeping the container on the counter is fine!
