My kids love Mexican food. However, After a while Tacos alone can get boring. So I used one of my favorite Hamburger Helper® meals to help spruce up our meals. So not only do I get to think outside of the box but we get a hearty delicious meal in the process. So check out my Hamburger Helper Taco Bowl Recipe below!

Hamburger Helper® Taco Bowl Recipe

I started off by grabbing a Hamburger Helper® Crunchy Taco mix at Walmart.

You will also need:

Shredded Lettuce

Shredded Cheese

2 diced tomatoes

Mexican Fresh Cream

And an appetite 🙂

Once you’ve added sauce mix and rice cook for approximately 20 minutes.

To assemble bowls:

 

 

Finally follow directions on the cheese sauce adding 4 table spoons of Mexican Cream (Crema Mexicana) You can find this in Walmart. If you can’t you can substitute with Sour Cream as well and just add a table spoon extra of milk and a teaspoon of salt.

 

Add the garnish tortilla chips that come with the set and Enjoy!

This is an easy delicious meal that will have your family asking for more. This has become a big hit in our home and the kids have begun asking for this over regular tacos.
