I love using Pace in my recipes. It has a bold kick of flavor and is America’s favorite salsa for tacos!
Pace Picante Sauce uses smoothly blended tomatoes, chunks of savory onions and famously fresh, hand-picked jalapeños, making Pace Picante Sauce the perfect ingredient or dip. Get it in Mild, Medium and Hot.
Although I use Pace Picante Sauce in this recipe you can also use Pace Chunky Salsa as well depending on how chunky you prefer your tomatoes.
Best of all, you can get Pace Picante Sauce and Pace Chunky Salsa for a low price at your local Walmart.
So stock up at Walmart for everyday low prices and pick up all the great ingredients needed to make this delicious dish!
How to make an Easy Weeknight Meal Recipe: Chicken & Rice Picante Bake
What you’ll need to make Chicken & Rice Picante Bake
2 pounds of chicken tenders, cut into cubes
1 package of taco seasoning
4 cups of cooked rice
4 cups of shredded taco blend cheese
1 can of corn
1 can of beans
24oz, can of Pace Picante Sauce
1 Cup of Mexican table cream (crema fresca) or sour cream (The kind you can squeeze on)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Begin by seasoning the cubed chicken with the taco seasoning and cooking until done.
Then begin layering the ingredients. Use some cooking spray before layering so it won’t stick. Begin with the rice then add the beans and then corn.
Then add the chicken
The Pace Picante Sauce
and the cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. When you take it out drizzle as much as you like of the Mexican Table Cream or Sour Cream
and serve!
This meal is so tasty, so easy and best of all full of the delicious bold taste of Pace Picante Sauce. My kids absolutely love this dish because of its flavor, and I love it because of how easy it is.
