Having moved to the area 3 years ago we’ve been able to visit some great locations in and around the Philadelphia area. There are some great locations you will want to check out when visiting the area.

#1 Philadelphia Zoo

Kids love visiting wildlife conservations more than zoos because there they can see the animals in their natural habitats. Your kids will love the Philadelphia Zoo if they too enjoy watching wild animals go about with their daily life, entertaining all the onlookers.

The Big Cat Falls is one of the zoo’s most popular conservation areas. Here, you will get to see large wild cats, some of the world’s largest, roam about. You can find them sitting under the trees, standing beside the waterfalls, or even running around with one another for fun.

Then you have the zoo’s African Plain habitats, where you can hope to come across hippos and giraffes. After that comes the Australian Outback habitat, where there are kangaroos, emus, bears, and a variety of monkeys. You can also find the red pandas running from tree to tree.
