Christmas is really expensive. I work in a pulmonary clinic and my salary is just almost minimum. I have a kid in college so can’t really afford anything for myself. I wish I can buy a new stethoscope (lithman), mine is almost 20 years old and is kinda broken. I can’t hear clearly from it.
