Tips for Getting Rid of Winter Stress with Sunbeam® + Giveaway

Sharing is caring!

This Tips for Getting rid of Winter Stress is sponsored by the Sunbeam brand. All opinions are mine alone #ad

Winter is always a tough time of the year. As gorgeous as all the beautiful snow may be it also brings a few issues. Many people suffer from winter blues and physical strains due to the cold weather. So it’s important to take a little extra care of yourself during the winter months. I’ve put together some tips for getting rid of winter stress on your mind and body in partnership with Sunbeam. Check them out below!

  1. Eat Smarter: Now that the holidays are over chances are our waists could use the break from all the sugary treats that were a part of our diet the past few weeks. So it’s important to stay healthy both mentally and physically with more winter vegetables, broths and foods that are good food for you.
  2. Listen to Upbeat and Cheerful Music: Many people suffer from depression during the winter due to the weather. Turn up the tunes and check out some more upbeat music that will help you stay positive.
  3. Get Outside: Although the weather is cold outside, make an effort to head out and take in some  fresh air. It may be easier to stay inside in your warm snug home, but taking advantage of natural daylight is important for your mental and physical health.  It’s important to take advantage of the “sunlight” especially during mid day and on brighter days just to get the much-needed Vitamin D.
  4. Keep Warm and Relieve Aching Muscles:  It’s been shown that staying warm can reduce the winter blues by half. Keeping warm with hot drinks and hot food is important. Wear warm clothes and shoes, and aim to keep your home between 64F and 70F degrees. Most important use the Sunbeam® Renue® Neck Wrap to help provide soothing relief for the neck and shoulders.Chances are with all the ice scraping and snow your muscles will probably start feeling stiff and ache.
The adjustable, comfortable neck collar of this neck wrap contours to the shape of the neck to provide high-level, concentrated heat for targeted relief.

Traditional heating pads are hard to keep in place. The adjustable Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap contours to the shape of the neck and upper shoulders with a magnetic closure to provide a high-level of concentrated heat for maximum relief.

Heat has been found to be an effective, natural way of helping alleviate muscle pain and soreness. Heat helps to relax muscles and promotes blood flow. The increased blood flow restores oxygen and nutrients to inflamed areas to help accelerate healing.

The Renue Neck Wrap can help you unwind after a long day, and can help provide pain relief from injury, stress, sleeping poorly or the strain of everyday activities. With adjustable heat, you will find relief for your aches and pains

Ready for some relief both mentally and physically this winter? Follow these tips and head over here  to order your Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap.

I love that this is different than regular heating pads in that it contours to the shape of the neck and stays in place.
