Winter is always a tough time of the year. As gorgeous as all the beautiful snow may be it also brings a few issues. Many people suffer from winter blues and physical strains due to the cold weather.     How do I get rid of stress? Well, I try and have a hot bath a couple times a year LOL This would help soothe a lot of my stress knots in my shoulders!

    I found Floats as an awesome way to unstress… you go and float in a pod of water wifh tons of epsom salt for an hour… i felt diffrence first try! (Most people takes 3 to 4 floats to feel or see any)

    These are all wonderful tips! I definitely suffer from the winter blues since winter lasts for sometimes 5 months out of the year here in Cleveland! I love drinking hot tea with honey and relaxing by the fire with my cat.

    I do warm water aerobics at our local rec center so I get my exercise even during the winter. That and the warm water feels good when it is extremely cold outside.

    How do you get rid of stress? I used to come home from work ready to pick a fight BUT I found another way to channel that stress…………………. CRAFTING Give me a 1/2 hour crafting and my stress had just slipped away.
