1. Get out and Garden. Spring brings new life which means it’s perfect time to start a garden. Not only are you going to get out and enjoy the fresh air but the outcome will be magical. With gorgeous flowers to brighten your mood and bring forth some of the gorgeous butterflies and bugs that give our eco system health you can also begin a healthy garden that will incorporate some much needed veggies and fruits to your diet.

2.Freshen your meals. Maybe gardening isn’t in your future for one reason or another but incorporating fresh ingredients to your diet is a must. From eating more salads and less hearty meals you can loose some excess inches off the waistline to help give you overall health.

3. Allergies beware! During spring you get a lot of gorgeous vegetation and life, however, it might stir up some Allergies that hibernated over the winter months. So make sure and keep up with Allergens around you and make sure to speak to your doctor about the best ways to conquer them.

4.Step up your health routine-Take it outdoors! The weather is nicer which means it’s time to get into an exercise routine. There’s more daylight out as well which means go out and walk! Maybe even take that much needed walk during lunch or after dinner. Getting going will help with cardiovascular health as well as improve your mood and health.

5.Spring Clean: Although most people don’t do the traditional spring cleaning because of our life styles. It’s still important to renew and refresh your home. Most important replace some items you use daily so as to promote overall health. Some items you might want to throw out are toothbrushes, make up and pillows. Because we use these daily they might be bacterial filled or have dirt and germs we don’t realize they have. So getting them cleaned or thrown out will promote long term health.  This is also an excellent time to replace batteries in smoke and carbon dioxide detectors.

6. Schedule Doctors Appointments: It’s easy to forget to schedule Doctors appointments. Life happens. However,making sure we’re up to date with cleanings,and wellness appointments is a must! Schedule that vision test, get in that mammogram. Make sure you’re not just keeping up with other aspects but keep your body that well oiled machine it is.

    I am going to use the money for a special brace splint that will help me be able to exercise to my full potential. I love exercise but I have a severely separated abdomen which weakens my back and I miss exercising it’s hard to even bend over and pick up the baby without being in pain
