Nesquik: Helping Refuel The Fun + Giveaway

Sharing is caring!

My kids are very active and love playing various team sports. It’s always hard finding something that will replenish them after a tough practice or game. However, studies suggest that low-fat chocolate milk, like Nesquik, may contain the ideal 3:1 ratio of carbohydrates-to-protein that can help restore tired muscles. Because these kidos are growing, getting their muscles back to where they should be is essential.

My  kids love that because honestly, who can resist the delicious taste of Nesquik Chocolate milk! It’s a delicious way to get your body back to where it should be so you can continue playing.

Nesquik ready-to-drink chocolate milk is the perfect option for a post-game, team snack because it combines the goodness of milk with the added vitamins and minerals from Nesquik – plus, it’s offered in packs of ten individual 8 oz. bottles that can be found in the juice aisle so it’s easy to share with the team straight off the field.  Easy to carry and so delicious cold, the team will love this delicious refueling treat that is good for them.

As part of the ongoing nutrition and health efforts, Nesquik ready-to-drink chocolate milk is free of artificial colors and sweeteners making Nesquik a good choice for moms and dads looking for a satiating snack for the whole team. It’s also a great snack for after school or before they get ready to tackle homework after a long day.

Rafa Marquez, the captain of the Mexico national football team, knows the importance of eating right and getting essential vitamins & Minerals  within 30 minutes of prolonged activity. So that is why he loves Nesquik.

After a big game, one of the things he drinks to replenish the fluids and nutrients he lost in sweat is low fat chocolate milk, which naturally contains the right 3:1 ratio of carbohydrates-to-protein, making it a great postgame recovery beverage option.

As a dad of three, he know the importance of providing kids with the nourishment they need after a hard game or practice, too. He like to connect with his  kids at the end of a fun day of activity over low fat chocolate milk, like Nesquik, which helps restore their tired muscles.

Head to your local juice aisle and grab a Nesqik pack for your kids, they’ll thank you!

Make sure and get social with Nesquik on Face book

For years, my daughter was a competitive swimmer. It’s strange that this year – her high school senior year- she is no longer swimming. And my son is a black belt in karate, and now helps the younger kids and is on the dojo’s demonstration team.

My children are grown now, but one is a rock climber, one walks, and the other chases her 5 year old around the playground. When they were young, they all played baseball. Our son played soccer. It looks like our granddaughter will be playing both soccer and baseball.
