My daughter is still too little to watch tv (only 16 months) but when she is a bit older I could see finding some good kids programs on Netflix for her to watch.

We’re visiting our grand kids this week. Thanks for the Netflix suggestions. We won’t be camped in front of the tv this week, but a few movies to start conversations about teamwork and self sacrifice for the good of the team may be enjoyable.

Thank you for this! Love any resources to keep kids motivated to move! Sedentary lifestyles are definitely on the rise, but hopefully with good resources like this, kids will feel intrinsically motivated to start picking up new activities and exercises.

It is important to motivate the little ones. According to statistics toddlers are less obese now, but slightly older children still have not reduced enough. Exercise should always be part of a routine and these movies can help make it enjoyable.
