Making Money with Old Textbooks

Sharing is caring!

Thankfully my little ones are still little and College is still many leagues away for us, however I have many cousins, friends and relatives going to school right now and I know how pricey College/ University can be. Not only do you spend more money than one can possibly make in a life time at school but add the price of books and you might as well sign over your first born. Thankfully there are some amazing companies out there ready to help lessen the blow that College will have on your wallet. is one of those companies that has put themselves on the map and is truly helping the way students get to keep some of their money with them. By having the ability to rent your textbooks you are able to pay much less than you would if you went the traditional route of purchasing them new or even used!

By renting your books you can:

-save 40-90% off of bookstore prices

-free shipping both ways
-can highlight in the textbooks
-flexible renting periods

But the savings don’t stop there! They now have a fantastic new program called RentBack an innovative program that  allows students to rent the textbooks they own – to other students… which is awesome because it makes them 2-4x more money compared to what they’d make through buyback options! (selling their books back at the end of the semester).

How does it work?:

Finally, Not only will you get some great (and chances are much needed money back) but Campus book rental also donates money to Operation Smile a non profit organization helping little ones with life changing surgery.

So you see the answer is clear, don’t waste money on books you will only need a semester. Have your student or yourself start making wise financial choices even before getting a degree with Campus Book Rentals .com!

I might have to try the RentBack thing…I have some textbooks that I paid over $80 for, and the campus bookstore only offered $7 to buy them back! What a ripoff…I’d love to be able to DO something with these books that I’m not using any more!
