We are HUGE fans of PJ Masks in our home. My three youngest eat, live and breath PJ Masks. Why wouldn’t they this show is fantastic. Even I love sitting down and watching this show. There are so many great lessons to learn while watching it. I’ve joined together with my little group of superheroes to talk about Superhero Day & PJ Masks as well as give you some tips to help your little one become a real life superhero. Superheroes come in all shapes and sizes. PJ Masks is no exception. I mean when did you ever see a cat, owl and gekko together out and about? But the beauty of PJ Masks it that they join their special powers to stop the baddies around town!  This show has some great lessons that can teach your little one to be a real life superhero. So, on superhero day embrace your inner super hero by following the tips below to be a real life superhero!

Superheroes come in all shapes and sizes. PJ Masks is no exception. I mean when did you ever see a cat, owl and gekko together out and about. But the beauty of PJ Masks it that they join their special powers to fight evil. This show has some great lessons that can teach your little one to be a real life superhero. So, on superhero day embrace your inner super hero by following the tips below to be a real life superhero!

Kindness is key:

Everyone needs kindness. Even when it’s the hardest. By being kind to everyone, even those that make it hard, we can change the world and make it a better place, one smile at time. Look to Ways to show kindness: Sit with the child that doesn’t have anyone else sitting with them. Talk to the new kid who just moved to your school. Smile at someone today.

What’s your super power :

Everyone has one! Whether it’s whistling through your nose or giving the best smiles, everyone has super power. Find yours today! Most important no superpower is too small and everyone has one. That’s what makes people special. You can even pick a hero name by heading over here and generate your own name!

Help those in need:

Everyone needs someone sometime. Today (and always) make an effort to be a helper. Help your mom unload the dishwasher. Help your dad take out the garbage. Do you have a special talent like you’re really good at Math? Help your classmate who might be struggling learn it better.

Don’t lose your temper:

Superheroes always try to keep their cool. When you let anger win then you lose. Life can be frustrating and many times things happen that make us mad. The important (and superhero trick) is to do our best to not let anger take over. I know it’s hard, but you’re a super hero and can totally do it!

Never Give up:

This one is important! Superheroes are faced with some tough challenges. It’s important to never give up. Even when things get really tough. It’s your determination that will help you achieve superhero status.

The only thing to Fear is Fear itself:

As night falls, Amaya, Connor, and Greg  put on their pajamas and activate their animal amulets, they magically transform into heroes  – Catboy, Owlette and Gekko and become the PJ Masks! For many kids nighttime time is the scariest time of the day. If PJ Masks can go out and save the city  even in the scary hour of the night, you can go to bed without being scared.

I hope these tips help your kids embrace their inner superheroes. April 28th is National Superhero Day.
